We are traveling to 21st century still we have question about menstruation. Every women have handling huge problem of that. They still did not aware of that, how can handle.

What is Menstruation?

In simple words, ‘menstruation is a natural part of the reproductive cycle in which blood from the uterus exits through the vagina’. The periods will begins usually at the age of twelve to fifteen. Women’s maybe get few symptoms, mood swings, pain in legs, bloating and weakness when they are menstruating.

What will do Menstruation?

Menstruation is a biological process which is the point where the existence of the human species begin. Most of the women’s thinking, Menstruating women are impure.

Menstruation is the difficult time in a women’s life.  They will be working women or home maker both have a same stress in their life. They have to suffer immensely, both mentally and physically.

Maintaining One’s hygiene is the most important task to lead a healthy life. 28th May is celebrated as world Menstrual Hygiene day.  It is aiming to break silence, raise awareness and change negative.

Nowadays we are using so many methods to providing a hygiene in menstruation period. Ex: Liners, Wipes, Sanitary Pads, Cotton Pad, Menstrual cup, etc.

Irregular menstrual cycle is the most important sign of infertility pointing towards a problem in reproductive system with ovulation. Irregular Ovulation getting 30% to 40% of all cases of infertility.

There are many reasons for irregular periods:
  • Thyroid hormone level
  • Frequently weight changes.
  • Hormone imbalance
  • Exercising too much
  • Ovarian Cancer

But PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is one of the most regular a common causes of ovulation related infertility.

Menstruation from a child’s perspective

We need to start the conversation to start their periods as young as 8, just share the terminology is a good way to start.  The goal is make your children comfortable with the idea and help her embrace the change and not fear it.

The average age a young girl starts menstruating is around 11 years of age.

Whenever your daughter starts the process, it’s important to be prepared to discuss the following topics.

A girl who feels Confident will be able to handle the big changes with best ease.

Remedies of the menstruation pain:
  • Eat protein food little and often.
  • Frequently have Vegetable and fruit salad or snacks but avoid sweets and stimulant
  • Take supplements of B6 50mg with zinc 5mg
  • The food are mostly included in vitamin C
  • Ensure your daily diet, Contain rich in Omega3 and Omega6 fatty acids which is included in magnesium should be added in the diet.
  • Avoid Junk foods and Boiler Chicken.
