Breastfeed will leads to good growth, good strength, longevity and good health of children, Carbohydrates, fats, proteins. Breast milk contains all the nutrients a baby needs during the first 6 months of normal growth and development, including vitamins, minerals and water. It is widely believed that breastfeeding is the best nutrition for human babies.

Fennel seeds

Fennel seeds help to increase the secretion of breast milk. Make tea with Fennel seeds and drink it. Boil a teaspoon of Fennel seeds in a cup of water, strain the seeds and drink. Add a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of turmeric to enhance the taste. Drink this tea two or three times daily. Fennel can be mixed with salad or vegetables.

Shatavari herb

Cinnamon powder
