Chapatti made from wheat flour can be taken daily to regulate the level of sugar in thebody.

- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Maida flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Distilled porridge water
- Salt as needed
Put a cup of wheat flour and 2 tbsp. of flour in a large bowl and mix well.
If the chapatti is to be soft add a little bit of distilled porridge water to the flour and knead well.
Add a little oil if needed.
Cover the top of the dough with a damp cloth and let it soak for 1 hour.
After an hour rub the dough into the chapatti.
Then put the chappati pan and put the unheated chapatti and the chapatti is ready....
