Do you want crispy Chapatti's?

Chapatti made from wheat flour can be taken daily to regulate the level of sugar in thebody.

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Maida flour
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Distilled porridge water
  • Salt as needed


  • Put a cup of wheat flour and 2 tbsp. of flour in a large bowl and mix well.
  • If the chapatti is to be soft add a little bit of distilled porridge water to the flour and knead well. 
  • Add a little oil if needed. 
  • Cover the top of the dough with a damp cloth and let it soak for 1 hour. 
  • After an hour rub the dough into the chapatti.
  • Then put the chappati pan and put the unheated chapatti and the chapatti is ready....
