All biscuits are made with refined flour (Maida). Maida is the basic ingredient for biscuits. If your child asks for biscuits, buy organic whole grain biscuits. Fried oil dishes in shops

Soft drinks
These soft drinks are very dangerous. Do not eat this under the label. Also, do not give children soft drinks, artificial juices, artificial milkshakes, etc. that come in the flavors of the fruit.
Actually the fruits should be eaten fresh only and if you not eaten, it will spoil quickly in 2 to 3 days. But bottled fruit juices sold in stores, the milkshake will not spoil for 2 -6 months because many chemicals are added. So many chemicals are dangerous not only for children but also for adults.
Ice cream
Do not give ice cream to children under 5 years of age. May cause colds, flu, sore throat, and diarrhea related diseases. The water that makes ice cream is definitely unhealthy and can affect children. For children, you can put home-made jelly in the fridge for a while. Call it homemade ice cream.
Noodles
Food made on the whole ground. The accompanying spice is seasoned with salt and a chemical called monosodium glutamate. Excessive salt in it can lead to many health problems.
