Ingredients
- 3 numbers Chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1/4 tbsp Chili Powder
- Coriander Powder as required
- Salt as required
- Refined oil as required
Instructions
- Pour a little oil in a bowl, add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, a little chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp powdered chili and fry all the ingredients well.
- Then add 250g mutton keema. Put on medium heat and cook for 4-5 minutes. After all the ingredients are well browned add 3-4 chopped onions.
- Then add chopped coriander leaves and fry well till the water evaporates. Turn off the stove and let the spice mixture cure well.
- Next take the samosa bar and roll it into a cone shape and fill it with the spice mixture and cover it.
- Then drain the oil and fry well until the samosa is golden brown.
- Now prepare the delicious crunchy mutton keema samosa. You can eat this with your favorite sauce or coriander chutney.
