Fish Cutlet
It's a very easy recipe and since fish gets cooked pretty fast, it doesn't take much time also. If you haven't tried fish cutlets yet, do give it a try. I do hope you will like it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Fish
- 1 tbsp Finelychopped ginger & garlic
- 2 Onion
- 3 Green Chili
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Curry Leaves
- 1 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Oil for frying
- Salt as needed
Instructions
- Add turmeric, chili powder and salt to the fish pieces and fry until half cooked.
- Then add 2 spoons of oil and add onions, green chilies and curry leaves and sauté until golden brown.
- Then add chopped ginger and garlic to it and sauté till the green leaves wilt.
- Then add the fried and chopped fish and sauté further.
- Add coriander leaves, mix with mashed yams and pat it like a vada with your hands.
- Beat the egg in a mixer without lumps. Spread the bread crumbs evenly in a wide pan.
- Then dip the battered fish balls in egg and roll them in bread crumbs.
- If you take all the vadas like this and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes,the bread crumbs will stick well to the vadas.
- After draining 1/4 cup of oil, I put six or more vadas in a stick pan and fry until golden on both sides and serve.
- Ready to serve
