International Yoga Day

According to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in 2014, the people of the world should declare it an International Day in order to practice the traditional yoga practices.  The United Nations has adopted the International Yoga Day on June 21, each year. Accordingly, the International Yoga Day has been celebrated on 21st June 2015.

The University Grants Committee has ordered all universities and colleges to observe International Yoga Day. Everybody should do yoga practice every day. The benefits of practicing yoga are immeasurable.
