Curry Leaves Chutney
Frequent addition of curry leaves to the diet strengthens the heart muscles and prevents heart related diseases.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Bengal gram dal
- 1 tbsp Urad dal
- 5 Piece Dry Chile
- 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
- Small Piece Tamarind
- Salt required amount
Instructions
- In a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil and when hot add the peanuts and fry until golden.
- Then add the Urad dal and fry lightly.
- Add dried chilies and fry over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Then add well-washed curry leaves and fry.
- Add Asafoetida powder and mix well.
- Mix small piece of tamarind and turn off the stove.
- after reduce heat add salt mix well and grind the core in a mixer, adding very little water.
- Heat a frying pan and with mustard oil and Urad dal and serve with idly, dosa, or rice.
